七年前的早晨你突然闯入我的生活。

馄饨名号繁多，江浙等大多数地方称馄饨，而广东则称云吞，湖北称包面，江西称清汤，四川称抄手，新疆称曲曲等等。

十堰馄饨的种类特别多，有圆形的、圆筒形的、半圆形的（类似水饺状）、长方形的、三角形的……。并且它们的味道也是五花八门的，有三鲜的，有鲜肉的，有虾肉的，有菜肉的，有红油炒手式的，还有油炸式的。

馄饨是一个食材苛刻的美食。必须要选新鲜、鲜嫩的上好肉质作为主料，将手工剁碎的瘦肉及一点肥肉混在一起，注意肉不能太碎，不然在煮的过程中会化掉，并且吃起来没有嚼劲，但也不能剁的大块儿大块儿的，这样会嚼不烂影且响口感，这也是对厨师极大的考验与把握。接着将把少量的葱对入肉馅，再打上一个鸡蛋进去，五色杂馅看起来实在是诱人，还有香油的味道，忍不住让人咽口水。

混沌皮也是决定这碗美食的关键，皮儿擀的一定要薄，还要玲珑剔透，其中不能掺任何的杂质，不然会破卖相，坏口感。

将馅儿包进皮里可爱的肉馅儿宝宝熟睡在蚕丝被里，多么温馨啊！透明的皮儿裹着五色的馅儿，啧啧。
