此时此刻，我感到非常欣慰，很荣幸能在此挥洒豪情，畅谈青春与祖国。

i recently started a new job, in a small office, where four of us share afridge. in that fridge is a brita water filter pitcher. one of my coworkerscomplained the water tasted "dirty". it went on for a few days, and she wasstunned i could drink the water without any trouble. i started to doubt my tastebuds, but the water really tasted fine.

i can't help but think about the world we live in. too often we quicklyblame other people, other things, anything else but ourselves. "you're racist"."you're intolerant". "you're the problem". the world isn't perfect, i know, buti think we should take a step back sometimes and ask ourselves some toughquestions.

成功的路一定不会一帆风顺，一定会有波澜坎坷，但我们不能慌、不能乱。只有经历风雨才能看到彩虹，只有越过高山才能眺望碧海蓝天，只有战胜艰难险阻才能享受成功的甘甜。面对困难，可以激动，但不能慌乱;可以犹豫，但不能后退;可以暂停，但不能放弃。唯有百折不挠的意志力和坚定不移的信念才可以化作利剑，披荆斩棘，劈风破浪，帮助我们登上最高的山峰。

总有那么几座山让我们想放弃，但是我们不能。我们可以短暂的停留，但不能就此扎营。休憩不等于休止，暂停不等于停止，沉默不等于沉寂。火山沉默是为了下一次更汹涌的喷发，短暂的休憩是为了更远的旅行，稍事休息以后我们才有力气继续接下来的旅行，才有力气迎接接下来的挑战。

经过休整，我们可以总结我们一路走来的收获：之前的失败里受到教训、之前的成功里学到的经验，这些都是我们人生路上的珍宝，都是我们前行的助力。但是我们不能贪图眼前的享受，不能因为眼前的一枝春而放弃了远方的繁花似锦。你不奔跑，没有人会停下来等着你，即使是远方的风景也会慢慢改变，让你再也看不见。

再不奔跑，风景就要消失了!

同学们好：

首先请允许我给大家讲一个故事。

一位国王某日清晨独自漫步于自己的花园中，竟发现了园中几乎所有的花草树木都一一枯萎凋残了，花园成了一派死寂、毫无生机的花园。在万般诧异户，国王询问园门口的一株橡树为何落下这般景致。原来，橡树因为抱怨自己没有松树挺拔高俊，顿生厌世之情，不愿活命了。

松树呢，又怨恨自己不能像葡萄藤那样结出丰腆的果实，也不愿再活下去了;而葡萄藤也准备自尽，因为它日夜葡甸在地上或别的树上，自己不能直立于世，又不能像桃树那样，开放出鲜艳可人的花朵……几乎所有的植物都在垂头自怨，恨己不如人。

只有一株卑微的心安草例外。国王见到它的时候，它仍在不停地喷香吐绿，保持着自己固有的生命状态。国王异常地高兴，又一次在惊诧中用舒缓的语气试探这株娇小的生命：“心安草儿，看到你我真高兴，在别的植物都悲观沮丧、厌世嫉俗的时候，你却如此坚强自立，看上去似乎不曾失落沮丧过。”

“尊敬的国王啊，我确实不曾对自己失去信心，哪怕一丝一毫的灰心失望也不曾有过。我虽然卑微，却知道如果您需要橡树、松树、葡萄藤或者桃树，您都会分别去种植的，而且我也知道您对我的要求是：做好一棵微小而不懦弱的心安草。这样，我才毫无厌意地做着我自己。”小小的心安草平静而认真地对国王说道。

心安草是睿智的。它没有追风逐影，没有过分地崇拜他人，没有自怨自艾，更没有奢求自己变成他人，所以它存在;它没有在追寻他人的历程中失掉自我、毁掉自己，它明白它只能成为它自己，所以它存在。

我想，我们每一个人都应当做一株可爱的心安草，我们要知道自己的诞生到底意味着什么，要知道我们如何得到健康的成长，要知道怎样谋求独立，要知道面对他人的优点、面对自己的缺陷的正确方法，要明白做好一个真实上进的自己的重要。

每一个人都应该是为了其应具有的地位和应发挥的作用而诞生的;每一个人都是带着自己的尊严、背负着自己的使命而降临于天地之间的。我们没有理由对自己失去信心，没有理由自我堕落，也没有理由成为他人的影子。我们应该做一个完整的自己，一个真实的自己，一个独立的自己。

也许，我们身上有着这样那样的缺陷，以致因此而丧失了许多美丽的光环。但只要我们不让这些固有的缺陷滋长，同时加固和充实自己的优点，我们就一样能以骄人的成就屹立于世。而当我们一味诅咒和埋怨自己而看不到自己的优点的时候，我们就将连这些优势也丧失殆尽，一无是处，为人所鄙弃。

其实，在我们自怨自艾的时候，别人也在羡慕着我们自己的优势。松树不是被橡树羡慕吗?葡萄藤不是被松树羡慕吗?桃树不是被葡萄藤狡慕吗?羡慕别人和被别人羡慕，本来也极正常，我们所有人身上的优势都与国王花园里的植物一样，被别人羡慕着。

但不太正常的是，某些本来被别人羡慕的人却在羡慕别人的过程中迷失了自己，使自己陷人了一种无尽的深渊而无法解脱、难以自拔。只有心安草，没有自惭自损，没有在盲目崇拜中要求自己成为别人，它只在履行自己生存的使命;它看到了别人的优势，但它更懂得别人有无数，而独立的自己却只有一个。于是，国王的花园中，万物凋零，唯独这株心安草还这么生气勃勃地生长着，不断地吐露着芬芳。

古人说，知足常乐。这种“知足”，蕴含着深邃广博的人生哲理。认清自己、不菲薄自己、做好自己、走稳自己的路，就是拯救自己、善待自己。如果每一个人都像一株心安草那样，即便卑微，也能固守自己的使命，做一个永不言弃的真实的自己。那么，那位国王的花园将永远不会荒芜，这个世界也将是一个花香鸟语的世界!

我们是一群来自华南理工的理工科学生，作为一名理工科学生，想要排出一场轰轰烈烈的话剧确实是一件非常困难的事情。因为我们既没有文学院的才情，也没有史学院的稳重，更没有法学院的口才。有的只是一群只会编计算机程序、会做受力分析和画电路图的毛头小子。

但是这些对话剧并没有帮助，于是我们就尝试改行，或自愿或被逼着改变自己。

最终编程序的同学变成了编剧、受力分析的同学变成了动作指导，画电路图的同学变成了化妆师。

但我们也有我们固有的优势，理工学校男女比例严重失调，男生多女生少，排练起来可以随意粗线条，没有那么麻烦。

开个玩笑，其实我想说的是，一群理科生排话剧，要比专业团体甚至是文科生付出更多的努力。

或许最后的结果并不是尽如人意，但我们并不在乎，我觉得大学生话剧最重要的并不是最后的结果，而是过程。

我们不怕失败，因为我们还年轻，我们有失败的资本，除了生命，没有什么是我们输不起的，即使真那么不幸我们输了，我们还有那句话：大不了从头再来。

我们不看重成功，因为我们是一群追梦的孩子，无论最后我们成功的景象有多么辉煌，在人生的旅程中也只会一瞬而已。可是过程带给你的回忆却可能深深的埋入你的心灵深处并伴随着你的一生。

在我们的剧组里，有已经毕业几年的师兄，也有刚刚加入到剧社的07级新生，他们在这段时间里，有的人每天上班工作，有的人为保研东奔西跑，有的人身兼多职每天累到吐血，有的人每天要做几个小时的公车来排练，有的人排完练还要做功课画图睡眠时间只有几个小时。当有人累了，有人委屈了，有人想放弃了的时候，我们都会用这样一句话相互鼓励：你可以的，你不是一般人!

说实话，各位都想成功，起码这是对自己努力的一种回报，但是，各位也都深深的明白一点，无论我们成功与失败，明天的太阳依然会升起，地球依然会继续公转与自转，而我们尚未完全成熟的心灵，却永远的被这一段难忘经历牢牢牵住了。

喜欢写话剧，并非梦想着有一天也能写出像《暗恋桃花源》一样经典的剧本，被世人称赞。

喜欢演话剧，也并非梦想着有一天能站在人艺的舞台上和众多专业的老师一起演出《雷雨》。

我们的梦或许很小很简单。

我们写话剧或许就是因为和别人打的一次赌，我们演话剧或许就是为了在心爱的女孩面前有一次表现的机会，可那又怎样呢?谁没做过梦呢?当有一天我长大了，当有一天我老了，我可以骄傲的问我正在上大学的儿子甚至是孙子：我上大学时候身高不到1米7都敢上台演男主角，你敢么?

我想我是幸福的，因为我有一群追梦的伙伴，有一群为我们提供梦想舞台的老师和领导，虽然这次大戏节已经闭幕了，但这正是个开端，我们要用我们的手，用我们努力，把更多更多没有机会站在这里的人的梦想搬上舞台，让更多更多的人能够像我们一样，完成自己的梦想。

我坚信：心有多大，舞台就有多大!

同学们：

大家好!

我想现在很多的年轻人，少男和少女，会盲目地羡慕电视偶像剧里，男女主角多姿多彩的感情生活。其实，每个人都是独一无二的个体。任何一个人，都有属于自己的一条轨道，谁也无法，被他人复制与取代。不论会遭遇怎样的喜、怒、哀、乐、怎样的人和事，你都有经过量身定做、只适合你自己去扮演的角色与戏份。

通常，大部分人都想模仿偶像的生活。所谓“家家有本难念的经”，你所钦慕的对象，在你看到的另一面，他们和她们，有什么样的烦恼和缺憾，你不会知道，或者也不会感兴趣。

每天你上学，坐同一班公共汽车，或许当天出门前，还跟妈妈怄气，中午吃几元钱的快餐，上课时，与同学发生些小争执，周末跟朋友，人挤人地看场电影，在假日的夜晚上网聊天。这些生活中的琐碎细节，全部集合起来，就算是一种人生戏剧，你已经在演以自己为主角的偶像剧了。

生活，不一定要有惊天动地的情节，才叫精彩;感情，也并非要有山盟海誓，才算真爱。电视中的偶像剧，因为收视率和时间的原因，必须把真实的时空压缩，然后以紧凑的剧情与夸张的情节，铺设故事内容。这就像你，可以透过一场一两个小时的电影，观赏一个人长长的一生，或者了解一个民族的兴衰、一段历史的更迭。但是，真实的人生琐碎、冗长和沉闷，甚至会有很多机械式的重复。这些所谓平凡单调的生活，在讲究戏剧冲突和张力的偶像剧里，是无法体现出来的。

不要一直抱怨和不满足于，自己所能控制、拥有的一切，其实，每个人都在演自己的，独一无二的偶像剧。在这场戏里，你的角色与戏份儿，没有人能够取代。你只能真正发自内心地，接受现在所能拥有的一切，不管是外貌、身材、学历、朋友圈、工作环境，还是家世背景、所交往的对象，否则你就会永远没有快乐的一天。因为，一个人最大的悲哀，就是不愿意做自己，更不能战胜自己。

真正的成功，不在于战胜别人，而在于战胜自己。有些人从小，就崇拜一个又一个战胜别人的强者，他崇拜征战杀场，踏着血泊，穿过硝烟的将军，崇拜技巧娴熟，运用力量、柔美战胜世界劲敌的运动员，他所崇拜的太多太多。

可日益长大后，才发现战胜自己，才应该充当社会的主流，成为他自己的奋斗目标。

保尔柯察金战胜了自己，让世人看到了他那钢铁般的意志;张海迪全身高位截瘫，自学了四门语言，成了着名的作家：霍金虽然瘫痪，却成了众所周知的宇宙之父……这样的例子在过去、现在都比比皆是，他们之所以取的了成功，都与他们战胜自己分不开。

战胜自己，需要勇气。司马迁虽受宫刑，仍然坚强不屈，完成了巨着《史记》。战胜自己，要比战胜别人难的多，因而战胜自己，就要有坚忍不拔的意志，要有根深蒂固的信念，要有，在逆境中成长的信心，要有，在风雨中磨练的决心。战胜自己并非易事，所以我们要培养战胜自己的目标、决心、能力及克服困难的勇气。

战胜自己，要不断总结，想出解决的方式。着名的作曲家贝多芬一生有许多不朽之作，但很多有激情的曲目都是在他失聪后创作的。失聪，就预示着一个音乐家音乐生命的结束，然而，贝多芬想出了战胜自己的方式：通过自己对音乐的认识，自己在脑中创作，手上弹，再用手触摸五线谱的木板，往上写，他完成了《命运》交响曲。他战胜了自己，是顽强的意志、自己想出的方法帮助了他。

所以，为了战胜自己，我们要总结。战胜自己才能愈发生命的活力，无论是健全的身躯还是残缺的臂膀;无论是优越的条件，还是困窘的环境，我们都要战胜自己。战胜自己，要有奋发的勇气，要有克服困难的意志，同时还要不断总结，找出通向成功的途径。所以，不要把战胜别人看得太重，最大的胜利便是战胜自己。让我们“战胜自己”!你才是，你自己心中的偶像!
