1、甲方根据实际需要，对接来的网站业务委托乙方外包开发制作，乙方在收到甲方网站首页栏目和部分图片资料后进行首页制作，原则上首页制作应不超过七个工作日交付甲方。

2、乙方首页制作完成后交与甲方，甲方根据客户反馈对网站提出进一步的修改意见，交乙方进行完善工作，待首页最终版面确定后由乙方进行前后台程序开发，乙方在网站建设过程中应与甲方保持联系。

3、整个网站建设周期以不超过二十个工作日为准。

四、结算方式

2.10本人/吾等接受经由互联网或其他电子方法或设施接受或取得服务以及经由互联网或其他电子设备或设施沟通或进行交易所带来的风险。

4.指令——经网上交易服务买卖

4.1如因故障，通讯设施传送失败，或通讯媒体不可靠或并非贵公司所能控制或预期的一或多项原因，以致在传送，收取或执行指令上有所延误贵公司毋须承担责任。

4.2本人/吾等了解，向传播市场资料的各方提供市场资料的每一参与证券交易所或组织，对其提供的全部资料申张财产权益。本人/吾等亦了解，任何方概不保证市场资料或任何其他市场信息的时效，序列，准确或完整性。任何损失或损害，若因下列原因或由其产生，贵公司或任何传播方概毋须承担任何责任：任何该等资料，资讯或信息不准确，错误，延误或遗漏；或该等资料，资讯或信息传送或交付时的任何不准确，错误，延误或遗漏；或任何该等资料，资讯或信息因贵公司或任何传播方的疏忽行为以致无法履行或提供；或任何不可抗力事件；或任何其他非贵公司所能控制或任何传播方所能合理控制的其他原因。本人/吾等只会把股票报价用於自身用途，不会因任何原因向任何其他人士或实体提供该等资料。

x月xx日xx日，我们参加了由公司领导组织的关于互联网金融线上技术与营销的学习，客户经理营销技能提升的培训，首先很感谢公司领导给我们这个学习培训的机会。

此次培训由来自北京的沈老师主讲。

沈老师是互联网整合营销操盘手，有着丰富的互联网金融授课经验，授课内容风趣，思路清晰，角度新颖。使我对这次培训学习受益匪浅。

沈老师在课程中通过知识讲述，案例分析视频播放，图片引入等多种方式非常具体细致的给我们讲解了互联网整合品牌的传播与推广，cpc与cpm的讲述和案例，同时对民贷网进行了专业详尽的营销诊断，并提出了民贷网线上具体的人员改进实施策略。

课程中大量运用互联网营销案例与行业优劣对比，让我们进一步了解到了互联网金融的发展趋势，p2p网贷行业的运营现状。

通过这次学习，让我学校到互联网线上推广的诸多方法，对自己已经会的线上知识得到了提高巩固，了解到了互联网金融的乐趣与奥妙。

同时，也发现了很多在知识储备量方面存在的不足。

具体总结如下：

提高巩固的方面有：互联网发展趋势，p2p平台行情与特点，搜索引擎优化，社会化媒体营销，微信微博等通讯工具的线上推广，百度多个产品的线上推广等问题。

存在不足的方面有：互联网广告cpccpm的投放，嵌入网站代码，

平台日常数据监测，alexa排名软件的运用，线上工作不长久不完善等多方面问题，相比沈老师深知自己互联网营销知识的匮乏，与老师存在着很大的差距。

互联网营销是个长久战，不是学习完了就完了，更不是随便说说而已，也不是做一天两天就会有成效，还需要持之以恒，主动学习更多的互联网营销知识包括专业技能。

以沈老师为榜样，争取做的越来越好，有一天也能对互联网营销了如指掌。

尤其公司发展现在还是初级阶段，网站运营还不是很理想，这需要公司全体员工的大力努力和各部门的协调配合。

我个人也要认真学习努力工作，为公司的发展贡献自己的力量！
