甲乙双方协商以定下如下建筑承包合同协议。

一、此建筑施工承包方式为乙方包工包料，乙方负责出工建设并自行解决建设施工所有设备、建筑所用的全部原材料，施工人员的吃住生活由乙方全部负责。

二、被建房屋的建筑面积为 平方米，其中包括瓷砖、地板砖、电线接通为准，乙方的施工承包单价为每平方米790元。

三、施工要求：

1、外墙为3.7，左右墙为3.7，基于墙体为2.4，圈梁钢筋为φ12螺纹×4根，柱子为φ12螺纹×4根，板筋为主筋φ10个，副筋为φ6个，距离主15厘米，副18厘米。

2、门一个口300元，窗户130元每平方米，地砖25元平方米，外墙瓷砖10元每平方米，电线4平方铜芯线，如造价高甲方自付。

3、计算方法外皮拉外皮计算，楼梯为二分之一计算，外沿为全面计算。

4、乙方应按甲方的建筑要求保证施工质量，房屋交工后，由甲方进行验收，如有不合格部分，由乙方进行修补好为止。

5、如有施工中发生人员伤亡，由乙方全部负责。

四、付款方式：

根据施工进度，甲乙双方协商，甲方付给乙方部分款项，房屋建成后，根据实际面积，甲方付乙方全部工程款。

本协议自甲、乙双方在协议上签字之日起生效，本协议一式二份，甲、乙双方各执一份。
