看书的过程中，会回忆到自己儿时的记忆，其实并没有太多的学习的记忆，更多是玩。所以对于孩子来说，这个时期学习的过程更多像是玩的过程，从中来获取感受，就像孙瑞雪女士说的，幸福和快乐的感觉实在童年时期建立的，这种认识将持续整个人生；安全感、独立性、自信都是源自一个稳定的哎的环境；让孩子成为自己，需要的是自由。正如书名“爱和自由。”
