我校作为重庆两江新区开发中学校，伴随着城镇化建设的发展，校园文化愈来愈成为学校发展的灵魂和强大引擎，鲜明的文化性格，旺盛的文化生命力可成为学校和谐、可持续发展的助推器。为此，我校大力开展了“诵读朗读，滋养阳光人生”的校园文化建设。

一、开发朗读校本教材

20__年6月，我校组织成立了一支由分管教学的校长任组长、德育处主任任副组长、年级组组长任组员的校本课程开发和建设的领导小组。各年级根据学校编写的《朗读》校本课程纲要，认真编写了本年级校本教材的初稿，经校本课程开发和建设领导小组严格审稿后，我们编撰了一套“诵读朗读、滋养阳光人生”的朗读校本教材。该教材一共六本，一至六年级各一本。教材的内容分为五个篇章：山河风光篇——江山多娇美如画;爱国情怀篇——赤诚之心耀中华;勤学惜时篇——书山有路勤为径;心灵悟语篇——大道无形明心智;品德行为篇——德行优良创和谐。配有“小光老师教你读”、“我和阳阳诵经典”(里边又包括“教你读”、“我来读”、“我乐背”)、“阳阳伴我行”、“精彩对对碰”等不同板块，这些板块增加了诵读的趣味性，特别是“阳阳伴我行”这个版块，在学生学会一章节经典诗词后，结合自己平时的言行给自己一个评价(笑脸或星星)，这样做的目的就是要让学生用所学指导自己的言行，从而养成良好的行为习惯，把经典转化为人文底蕴。20__年，我校二年级校本教材《朗读》在全国和谐德育实验与研究成果评选中获得一等奖。

二、营造氛围，创设环境

有了教材就有了教学的依据，但这还不够，如何引导我们的广大师生走进广博的古诗天地，这还得在环境建设上下一番功夫。首先，我们打造了“百米文化墙”和“经典走廊”，将古诗文中的经典诗文、书法作品、学生诵读经典的活动图片等隽刻在墙上或挂在画框中，在绿树的掩映下显示出独特的魅力。如;“老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼”、“业精于勤，荒于嬉，行成于思，毁于随”等名言警句琳琅满目，浸润学生心灵，从而达到潜移默化、润物无声的效果。每天大课间和中午诵读时间，全体师生在优美的古典音乐萦绕中大声整齐诵读，与经典对话，和圣贤交流，使学生的心情得以宁静和舒畅。我们还提倡“让班级的墙壁充满书香”，让班级诗意盎然，成为学生的精神家园。各班都建立了有自己特色的“朗读乐园”，包括“精彩每一天，诵读每一天”;“与经典同行”“我来读经典”等。学生在诗化环境中受到感染，自然而然地亲近经典。

其次，学校还充分利用黑板报、宣传栏、国旗下讲话、亲子诵读等展示师生诵读成果，交流师生感受，共享诵读带来的心灵愉悦，使整个校园充满浓郁的书香。

读栏目，时间在每天中午13点40分准时播出。或请学生带领大家朗诵，或播放主持人的朗诵古诗磁带，或介绍诗人的奇闻逸事，让学生耳闻目睹古往今来博大精深的文化精髓，在欣赏中得到情感陶冶。每学期评选一次“诵读之星”，人人参与，不限制名额，只要达到规定要求，均可以成为朗读之星，并根据掌握诗词的篇数来确定“三诵读之星”、“四诵读之星”、“五诵读之星”。同时评选“书香家庭”以此达到熟读成诵和扩大诵读范围的效果。

一年多来，学校开展的丰富的大型朗读活动：“童声诗韵，做阳好少年”、“中华颂书写经典比赛”、“朗读主题班会”、“朗读pk赛”、“朗读诗画展”、组织学生参加区里的朗读精品节目展演等。学生们通过背、唱、演、说、画等形式，从诗词里感悟到了中华诗词的精粹，感悟到了许多做人的真谛。

诵读要成为一种精神享受，要丰厚一个人的人文素养，就必须走出“一切为了分数，一切服务于考试”的怪圈，重构校园诵读生活。真正意义上的诵读不仅仅是一个识记认知过程，而是融入了情感、态度的全身心投入的过程，是一种读者与作者之间的心灵对话。风声、雨声、诵读声，声声有情，读出诗情画意、读出人文情怀，从而真正培育孩子的诵读兴趣，让孩子和教师喜欢古诗，让诵读成为师生的一种生活方式。难怪六年级的杨晓莉同学在诵读经典心得中这样说：“自从开始朗读以来，我再也不怕朗读了，以前每次老师请同学们朗读，我总是干着急，不敢读，即使读了声音也像蚊子叫。现在不同了，因为古诗词简短有味道、有节奏，我很喜欢读，常常会情不自禁地大声朗诵。双休日回家后，我经常召集小区里的小伙伴背给他们听，谗死他们了。现在有几个小伙伴居然也在悄悄地背诵呢，还说约定时间要向我挑战，我可得加油啦!要是输了，那可倒八辈子霉了。”

“孩子的心，就像春天的泥土，播什么种，就发什么芽。”“不积跬步，无以致千里，不积小流，无以成江河”，学生的人生之塔不是一砖一瓦构建的，需要从现在起日积月累，奠基丰厚的智力背景和人生底蕴。“潮平两岸阔，风正一帆悬”，在诵读中华经典之路上，我们相信，一批彬彬有礼，团结友爱、尊老爱幼、自信自强的“阳光少年”在蔡家场小学这个充满朝气的阳光校园中将会不断涌现!
