(一)介绍元旦知识。

(二)防冻疮。

1.冻疮最常张在哪?常发生在身体末端，暴漏部位。

2.冻疮防护。

(1)室内保暖:尽量保持室内温度不低子10℃;

(2)外出保暖:外出时带好手套、帽子，穿棉鞋棉袜;

(3)裸露皮肤擦护肤品;

(4)合理饮食:适当多食用年羊肉等防寒保暖的食物;

(5)适当运动:促进血液循环，提高皮服对寒冷的适应力。

(三)交通安全。

1.步行安全：

(1)行人须走人行道，没有人行道的要靠路边行走。

(2)行走时必须要看红绿灯，红灯停，绿灯行。

(3)行人不准在车道上追逐，或车辆临近时猛拐横穿。

(4)不准在道路上扒车、追车或强行拦车或抛物击车。

(5)不准在公路上玩耍、嬉闹。

(6)学龄前儿童在街道或公路上行走，须有成年人带领。

2.乘坐公共汽车安全知识：

(1)乘坐公共汽车，要排队候车，按先后顺序上车，不要拥挤。上下车均应等车停稳以后，先下后上，不要争抢。

(2)不要把汽油、爆竹等易燃易爆的危险品带入车内。

(3)乘车时不要把头、手、胳膊伸出手窗外，以免被对面来车或路边树木等刮伤;也不要向车窗外乱扔杂物，以免伤及他人。

(4)乘车时要坐稳扶好，没有座位时，要双脚自然分开，侧向站立，手应握紧扶手，以免车辆紧急刹车时摔倒受伤。

(四)迷路了怎么办?

小朋友们要记住，平时应当准确地记住自己家庭所在的地区、街道、门牌号码、手机号码及父母的工作单位名称、地址等，以便需要联系时能够及时联系。迷路了也可以向路上的行人问路，还可以找警察叔叔，让他们把自己送回家。如果迷了路，要沉着镇静，开动脑筋想办法，不要瞎闯乱跑，以免造成体力的过度消耗和意外。

(五)预防烫伤发生烫伤对小儿来说是十分痛苦的，因此，玩火、火柴以及煤气灶具的危险性，教育小儿不要在厨房打闹。家中的开水壶不要放在地面，暖瓶不要放在桌旁床边，以免小儿碰倒造成烫伤。对于严重的各种烫伤，特别是头面、颈部，因随时会引起休克，应尽快送医院救治。头、面、颈部的轻度烫伤，经过清洁创面涂药后，不必包扎，以使创面裸露，与空气接触，可使创面保持干燥，并能加快创面复原。

(六)食品安全小朋友们要记住，路边的小食品颜色艳丽，包装精美，口感好，价格便宜，又有小玩具在里面。这些漂亮美观的小食品很有诱惑力和吸引力，但那些小食品都是一些不正规的厂家生产的，卫生条件差，不干净，而且里面还添加了化工原料，对身体有害。自觉拒食垃圾食品，让父母帮助选择营养丰富、绿色健康食品。大家相互监督，远离垃圾食品，爱护自己的身体。

(七)预防传染病流感流行的时候要减少到人群密集的公共场所。保证健康饮食及充足的睡眠，勤锻炼，勤洗手，室内保持通风，养成良好的个人卫生习惯。若出现高烧、结膜潮红、咳嗽、流脓涕等症状，在家中，要及时告诉家人，前往正规医院看病。在学校，要及时告诉老师，老师会通知你的家长，带你去看病。治疗期间，不能去学校。要等病完全好了，才能去学校。

我上课的内容是人教版新目标unit8 why don’t you get her a scarf?第三课时文化阅读部分。本课的reading在体裁上是一篇议论文，所以这就要求在教学中教会学生如何阅读这类体裁文章，而在内容上是关于如何提高我们的英语水平的一些方法。使学生在阅读完课文后对提高自己的英语水平有更深的认识。

我认为本堂课有以下几个亮点:

1这节阅读课的提供多种提高英语水平的方式方法，激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。这堂课充分发挥了多媒体的优势，通过声音、图象、视频等结合情景设计充分调动学生的主动性和积极性。

2这节阅读课符合学以致用的原则。新课标要求“进一步发展学生综合运用语言能力”，通过本课能提高他们阅读英语新闻体裁文章的能力，还充分发挥了他们的想象力和创造力。

本节课我的反思如下：

1.在教学的第一环节引入部分before-reading，我用了can you sing english songs?的问题，找同学学唱英语歌曲，引入课题，激发学生的兴趣。

2.在while- reading 部分，通过指导学生快读、略读、细读和精读等方法，使学生对本课课文达到透彻理解和分析。比如，我先让学生进行快速读，找出本文总共提出几种提高英语水平的方法;用精读法让学生找出这些年轻歌手们学唱英语歌的的原因及意义。

3.在after-reading 部分，我让学生以失踪的小男孩的身份用第一人称来描述自己失踪的过程，目的是让学生能尝试使用文章中出现的一些短语，但我给出的提示 suppose you were justin foster and you has just come back home, please tell us your experience about your disappearance.问句给出的情景容易让学生产生歧义，并且在文章还没有给男孩失踪的原因给出调查结果的情况下，设置这样的问题不是很合理。

4.在整个课堂教学环节中，我感觉各个教学环节串联得不是很巧妙，需要进一步加工优化，在有些课堂细节上处理得比较粗糙，不够细致。

总之，在阅读教学过程中，学生应始终是学习的主体，而教师则只扮演一个导演的角色。在教学中，教师要善于结合实际教学需要，合理地使用和安排教材，使之符合学生实际情况兼顾各类学生，体现教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位，只有充分发挥教师的主导作用和充分体现学生的主体作用，才能提高课堂效率和质量，真正达到阅读教学的目的。
