一、工作方面：

(一)财务方面的工作

我认为财务工作是简单的事情重复做，从小事做起，从细心做起，不断总结经验才能把工作做得更好。

1.记账：

出纳工作从简单的审核票据，粘贴票据等最基础的工作做起，已经付了的单据都要在其上面盖好“现金付讫”的章。审核无误的原始凭证做好记账凭证，每笔已经发生的业务，及时记账，及时记录记账明细，已备查询。在以后的工作中个人报销的原始单据要有个人签字。记账过程中不断明确各业务走的具体科目，不明白的向赵姐请教，同时也查询以前的凭证。

2.记现金日记账和银行存款日记账：

根据审核无误的原始凭证和记账凭证定期的核对现金和银行存款，及时登录现金日记账和银行存款日记账。刚开：：始登录现金和银行存款日记账时会出现不同程度的错误，如借方写成贷方，贷方写成借方，以及因为粗心的缘故把记账凭证漏写，在出现错误和问题的时候我及时改正，并做好工作心得。

每月根据审核无误的记账凭证，做好财务收付存报表。此报表周一交予赵姐审核，刘经理核准。一般情况下我都在前一周的周末做好，并根据审核无误记账凭证和现金、银行存款做好核对工作，次周的周一直接将表打印。刚开始因为对此项工作不是很熟悉，经常出现账目不准和不平衡，且备注中的数目不能随之相应的调整，主要是预付货款及存货余额要随着在外资金的变化而变动。

经过一月的调整后，这项错误基本很少出现了。每周一，将报表传给王经理审阅。在此之前经常会漏写记账、审核、核准人的名字，不过如今发邮件之前我都会仔细的核对，漏写记账人员的名字情况如今也很少出现了。

(2)每月的流水账明细：

流水账的登记和核对一般在做好财务收付存报表和现金日记账、银行存款日记账的前提下，根据记账凭证仔细地入账，每月月初与现金和银行的账目都能一致。此项工作越来越熟悉，而且越做越快。

4.其它细节方面的工作

(1)票据：

目前主要开的单据有现金支票、转账支票、电汇、入账单。这四种票据的要求非常高，无论是填写方面还是盖公章方面，若出现错误填写都要加盖“作废”章。

刚开始在票据填写和加盖公章时，经常出现错误，如日期没大写，单位名称和金额没顶格写，填写不规范等问题。经过一个多月的熟悉，规范此方面的工作。同时，根据需要到银行提取备用金和办理银行入货款账等业务。

(3)电汇：

货款主要通过电汇付出，在实施的过程中积累了主要付款单位的各项明细，如单位名称、账号、汇入行名称、以及传真。填写名称要和其单位名称一致，一个字都不能漏写。

(4)入账单：

主要的入账单有收到货款收入的转账支票和每月发放工资时的入账。

(二)其它工作

三、思想方面

工作与学习很重要，但良好的心态是搞好工作的前提。工作中我不断的摆正自己的心态，以乐观的心态去面对一切，这不仅使我的工作开展很顺利，同时与同事之间的相处非常融洽。

4.1如因故障，通讯设施传送失败，或通讯媒体不可靠或并非贵公司所能控制或预期的一或多项原因，以致在传送，收取或执行指令上有所延误贵公司毋须承担责任。

在园领导的正确指导和广大教师的配合下，已圆满完成了本学期的财务工作，回顾这半年来的工作，能严格按照财务岗位的工作要求，做好各项财务工作。作为幼儿园财务人员，在收付、反映、监督、管理四个方面尽到了应尽的职责，在不断改善工作方式方法的同时，顺利完成了本职工作、上级要求完成的各项工作及其他事务工作。

一、收费工作

1、我园本学期严格按照博湖县发展和改革委员会核定的收费标准收费。

(1)小班每人每月管理费12元，保育费每人每月60元，卫生费每人每月9元，合计90元;

(2)中、大班每月管理费12元，保育费每人每月55元，卫生费每人每月9元，合计75元。

2、学校在开学前制作安装了收费标准公示牌，让老百姓明白交费。

3、在收费过程中，对家庭特别困难的儿童，我园根据实际情况认真贯彻落实“减、免、缓”政策，允许其先入学，尽努力提高儿童入园率。查村和敦村分幼儿园保育费每人每月只收了45元，减轻了村民特别是少数民族村民的经济负担，有力地提高了少数民族儿童的入园率。

4、查乡中心幼儿园大班每人每月收取伙食费60元，小班每人每月收取伙食费50元，每月伙食费不足部分由幼儿园补贴。

5、对我乡所有入园幼儿的收费都实行一人一票的收费模式，边收费边开票。

二、日常工作：

1、严格执行财务管理制度，每月定期核对现金与帐目，做到日清月结，发现金额不符，做到及时向领导汇报，及时处理。

2、贯彻执行收费管理制度，每月不定期地收取各幼儿的费用，开出收据，即使将收到的现金存入财政局预算外专户。

3、井然有序地完成了职工工资、其它应发放的经费发放工作和其他应付经费的缴付工作。

4、坚持财务手续，严格审核，发票上必须有园长、经手人签字方可报帐，对不符合报销手续或是不正规的发票不予支付报销。

5、坚决执行票据管理制度、支票及财务印章管理制度，按时核销票据，妥善保管各种票据。

6、执行收入、支出管理制度，保证实事求是、专款专用、收支两条线，做到精打细算，合理安排各项支出。

7、按时采购幼儿园教育教学需要的各种物资，保证幼儿园各项工作的正常开展。

三、其它事务工作：

1、协助做好固定资产管理以及固定资产的预决算，及时向财政局上报固定资产相关材料;

2、做好人员、工资的统计工作，按时上报各种统计资料;

3、做好社会保险、公积金的按时、足额缴纳等保障性工作;

4、按时足额征缴个人所得税，做好个人所得税的每季的结报工作;

5、重新办理了法人登记证书和组织机构代码证;

6、按时审核收费许可证、社会保险证、法人登记证等;

7、按时交纳电费、电话费;

9、做好教师的服务工作(工资、津贴的发放、医疗费用的报销、购房等);

10、做好教师动态信息库的变更上报工作;

11、积极协助搞好幼儿园的美化和环境整治，创设良好的育人环境。

四、存在的问题回顾检查存在的问题，有如下几点：

1、学习不够。当前，以信息技术为基础的新经济蓬勃发展，新情况新问题层出不穷，新知识新政策不断问世。面对严峻的挑战，缺乏学习的紧迫感和自觉性。理论基础、专业知识、文化水平、工作方法等不能适应新的要求。

2、在工作较累的时候，有过松弛思想，出现了麻痹大意等现象，这是对自身要求不够高的表现。

针对以上问题，今后的努力方向是：

1、加强理论学习，进一步提高自身素质，增强分析问题、解决问题的能力。

2、增强大局观念，转变工作作风，努力克服自己的懒惰思想，提高工作质量和效率，积极配合领导同事们把工作做得更好。
