（1）如甲方逾期发送短信息，每逾期一日，按合同总金额的百分之_________支付违约金。

（2）甲方成功发送数量不足合同约定的，应按乙方要求重新发送补足发送数量。

八、其它

本合同一式二份，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

如双方因本合同产生争议，因友好协商解决，协商不成，任何一方皆有权向乙方所在地法院起诉。
