一封规范，完整的单位证明，能对你的签证申请起到加分作用。所以在提供单位在职证明的时候，要注意以下事项，才能更顺利拿到签证哦!

1.在职证明一式两份，中英文各一份。中文版加盖公司公章，作为正式的语言版本，英文翻译版附在中文版后面，以方便使馆领事人员阅读理解。

2.在职证明内容需要包括：单位名称、本人职务及收入、旅行时间、负责人职务，签字及电话、传真和单位的营业执照/企业机构代码证号，并需要注明担保申请人按期回国。

3.在职证明书需要有公司抬头信笺纸打印，加盖公司红章，可以是人事部的部门章，也可加盖单位公章。没有公司抬头纸或手写证明则需附上单位营业执照复印件。

4.在职证明需任职6个月以上，如不足6个月，需补上前一职务的6个月以上的在职证明，调任期需在3个月以内。

5.如果是组团签证，同一单位的申请人要以名单的形式打在同一份抬头纸上，而且每人都要提供担保原件。

6.如果申请人是负责人自己，则需要其他负责人签名，本人签名无效。

7.如无法提供“在职证明”，请提供公司空白抬头纸四张，并加盖公司红章。
