c.无故拖欠租金超过三天(除双方就本合同存在争议除外)。

十一、适用法律：

本合同的成立，其有效性、结实、签署和解决与其他有关的一切纠纷均应受中国法律的管辖并依据中国法律解释。

十二、争议的解决：
