学院领导和毕业论文领导小组成员在毕业论文领导小组工作会议上认真学习了《通知》精神,做了专门讨论和研究,决定成立由学院督导委员会成员为组成的毕业论文中期检查专家组,具体负责本次毕业论文中期检查工作,制定了工作步骤、方式和要求,安排好各自任务。

我院依据学校的检查通知,参照通知要求的检查内容和方式,制定了周密详细的工作计划。分两个阶段进行检查。第一阶段是自查阶段,学院教学管理科、指导教师和学生自我检查论文中期工作情况,并且做好学院检查的准备。第二阶段是学院检查阶段,对学院的管理资料、指导教师的《中期检查表》和部分学生的论文资料进行全面检查。在全面检查的基础上,分别召开指导教师和学生座谈会,听取他们对学校、学院在毕业论文工作的规章制度、保障措施等方面的意见和建议,以进一步规范管理和提高毕业论文的质量。

学院毕业设计(论文)工作管理文件,包括文件、通知等资料完整、规范、有序。毕业论文工作计划制定详细具体,符合学校的要求,切合学生的学习情况,整个论文工作执行基本按照计划安排的时间点推进,目前论文工作已经完成计划的8%多。学院制定的《毕业论文实施细则》符合学院学科专业特点与要求,符合学校的毕业论文工作要求,对于毕业论文工作的各个方面工作要求细致而明晰,一目了然。

指导教师们认为,大部分学生撰写论文的态度认真、工作积极,基本上能够按时完成论文的阶段性工作。为了保证学生论文的质量,各位指导教师通过面授和网络指导等方式不辞辛苦地指导学生查阅文献资料、撰写和修改论文提纲、一遍遍阅读和修改论文。虽然工作进展顺利,但是其中也存在着诸多的问题和不足,例如有的学生知识储备不够、有些学生因为考研和找工作耽误论文的撰写、个别学生积极性和主动性不高拖拉延宕等等。对于这些问题和不足,学院和老师们密切配合,有针对性的采取措施,使得这些学生基本能够顺利完成任务。

按照《通知》要求,抽查学生不少于全体学生的1/4,我院决定每班随机抽取1名学生的论文资料进行检查,共抽查了6名毕业生的前期文献,包括:选题审批表、任务书、开题报告、文献综述、外文翻译、中期报告(学生)。检索文献和参考资料比较充分,文献综述撰写符合要求,开题报告基本规范。从指导教师的《中期检查表》反映的内容来看,绝大部分学生态度认真,积极性较高,学生的论文撰写工作进度正常,基本已完成全部任务的8%以上,还没有发现抄袭现象。这反映了本届毕业论文工作总体情况良好,绝大多数指导教师及毕业生的态度都是认真负责的,保障了本届毕业工作进展比较顺利,而且质量基本符合要求。

但检查中也有个别毕业生材料不完整,需要进一步补充和完善。

专家组分别召集了八位毕业论文指导教师和十五位学生代表进行座谈,听取了教师和学

生对本届毕业论文工作的意见和建议。

教师们对今年毕业论文的组织领导工作基本满意,认为与前两届毕业论文工作相比,在组织管理上更加有序。学生对本届毕业论文的工作流程安排及组织工作基本满意,认为指导教师总体上是负责的,有些教师的指导非常认真。

座谈会上师生对学校和学院毕业论文工作的意见和建议主要有以下几个方面:

1.学校的论文假期与论文进程不符,建议学校要作调整。

2.学生反映学校图书馆专业外文资料太少,学生查找资料难度太大。建议学校加大这方面的投入,为学生提供方便。

3.学校下拨的论文指导经费太少,有些工作的开展有难度,希望学校适当增加。

指导教师们认为,大部分学生撰写论文的态度认真、工作积极,基本上能够按时完成论文的阶段性工作。为了保证学生论文的质量,各位指导教师通过面授和网络指导等方式不辞辛苦地指导学生查阅文献资料、撰写和修改论文提纲、一遍遍阅读和修改论文。虽然工作进展顺利,但是其中也存在着诸多的问题和不足,例如有的学生知识储备不够、有些学生因为考研和找工作耽误论文的撰写、个别学生积极性和主动性不高拖拉延宕等等。对于这些问题和不足,学院和老师们密切配合,有针对性的采取措施,使得这些学生基本能够顺利完成任务。

按照《通知》要求,抽查学生不少于全体学生的1/4,我院决定每班随机抽取1名学生的论文资料进行检查,共抽查了6名毕业生的前期文献,包括:选题审批表、任务书、开题报告、文献综述、外文翻译、中期报告(学生)。检索文献和参考资料比较充分,文献综述撰写符合要求,开题报告基本规范。从指导教师的《中期检查表》反映的内容来看,绝大部分学生态度认真,积极性较高,学生的论文撰写工作进度正常,基本已完成全部任务的8%以上,还没有发现抄袭现象。这反映了本届毕业论文工作总体情况良好,绝大多数指导教师及毕业生的态度都是认真负责的,保障了本届毕业工作进展比较顺利,而且质量基本符合要求。

但检查中也有个别毕业生材料不完整,需要进一步补充和完善。

专家组分别召集了八位毕业论文指导教师和十五位学生代表进行座谈,听取了教师和学

生对本届毕业论文工作的意见和建议。

教师们对今年毕业论文的组织领导工作基本满意,认为与前两届毕业论文工作相比,在组织管理上更加有序。学生对本届毕业论文的工作流程安排及组织工作基本满意,认为指导教师总体上是负责的,有些教师的指导非常认真。

座谈会上师生对学校和学院毕业论文工作的意见和建议主要有以下几个方面:

1.学校的论文假期与论文进程不符,建议学校要作调整。

2.学生反映学校图书馆专业外文资料太少,学生查找资料难度太大。建议学校加大这方面的投入,为学生提供方便。

3.学校下拨的论文指导经费太少,有些工作的开展有难度,希望学校适当增加。

通过这次自查,我院在一下方面取得了一些成绩:

1、管理方面更加规范

2、指导教师更加认真负责

3、学生的态度更加积极和论文质量有一定提高
