1.前言 preamble

一份标准英文合同通常可以分为前言(preamble)、正文(operative part)、附录(schedule)及证明部分即结束词(attestation)四大部分组成。 前言(preamble)由“parties”及“recitals”两部分组成。

“parties”为必备条款,在很多时候称为“commencement”即合同的开场白,主要介绍合同各方的名称或姓名、注册地及地址、邮编及在合同中的简称。当然,并不是所有的合同都要详细介绍以上诸要素,在许多简单合同中,只是提一下各方的名称。

(20) 仲裁:因履行本合同所发生的一切争议,双方应友好协商解决,如协商仍不能解决争议,则应将争议提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(北京),依据其仲裁规则仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的,对双方都有约束力。仲裁费应由败诉一方承担,但仲裁委员会另有裁定的除外。在仲裁期间,除仲裁部分之外的其他合同条款应继续执行。

根据教务处《关于做好xxxx届本科学生毕业设计(论文)中期检查的通知》文件精神,教科学院认真组织了自查工作。现将自查情况汇报如下:

学院领导和毕业论文领导小组成员在毕业论文领导小组工作会议上认真学习了《通知》精神,做了专门讨论和研究,决定成立由学院督导委员会成员为组成的毕业论文中期检查专家组,具体负责本次毕业论文中期检查工作,制定了工作步骤、方式和要求,安排好各自任务。

我院依据学校的检查通知,参照通知要求的检查内容和方式,制定了周密详细的工作计划。分两个阶段进行检查。第一阶段是自查阶段,学院教学管理科、指导教师和学生自我检查论文中期工作情况,并且做好学院检查的准备。第二阶段是学院检查阶段,对学院的管理资料、指导教师的《中期检查表》和部分学生的论文资料进行全面检查。在全面检查的基础上,分别召开指导教师和学生座谈会,听取他们对学校、学院在毕业论文工作的规章制度、保障措施等方面的意见和建议,以进一步规范管理和提高毕业论文的质量。

在自查阶段,学院各方面都能够认真仔细,圆满按时保质保量地完成工作。

3月6日下午,我院督导委员会成员按照计划安排,分别进行了资料检查、教师代表座谈会和学生代表座谈会。

(一)毕业论文中期资料检查

按照教务处《通知》要求,我院决定对于学院的相关文件资料和指导教师的《中期检查表》进行全面检查,学生论文资料抽查不少于总数的1/4,每班随机抽取1名学生的资料,检查论文工作的完成情况。具体检查情况如下:

1管理方面:

学院毕业设计(论文)工作管理文件,包括文件、通知等资料完整、规范、有序。毕业论文工作计划制定详细具体,符合学校的要求,切合学生的学习情况,整个论文工作执行基本按照计划安排的时间点推进,目前论文工作已经完成计划的8%多。学院制定的《毕业论文实施细则》符合学院学科专业特点与要求,符合学校的`毕业论文工作要求,对于毕业论文工作的各个方面工作要求细致而明晰,一目了然。

为了保证学生论文的质量,学院做了大量的前期准备工作,比如制定了详细的《毕业论文实施细则》,在撰写过程中通过多种方式狠抓落实。首先严把三道关:选题关、开题关、答辩关。第二开辟三个信息渠道:一是通过各班的信息点、二是通过学院网站毕业论文专栏、

三是通过指导教师和班主任。第三创建两条管理线:一条线是学院毕业论文领导小组,二是从系主任、教研室主任行政管理这条线进行管理。形成了多方面多渠道多形式的管理模式,以保证并提高我院毕业论文的质量和水平。

为了保证论文按时保质完成,新学期开始,我院加强了对毕业班学生的管理。开学伊始,我院就召开了毕业班学生大会,重点强调了毕业论文撰写期间的学生管理。要求全体学生在没有特殊事情的情况下必须在校认真撰写论文,如果需要请假,首先要征得指导教师同意,并且要得到学院主管学生工作的副书记签字同意方可离开学校。

绝大部分指导教师工作认真负责,悉心指导,不怕麻烦。对于学生论文指导方式有当面指导和网络指导两种,对每生平均指导次数超过1次。指导教师的认真态度、仔细程度以及对学生的严格要求得到了学生的高度评价。

指导工作记录比较及时、完整,对于网络指导情况的记录也能在事后及时补充。指导方法多元化,指导教师一般都能够依据学生的特点以及论文研究内容的方向制定合适的指导方法,这样既能够让学生容易接受,又有利于论文工作的顺利推进。论文工作经过选题、审核选题、文献检索、翻译、开题报告,目前学生的论文撰写工作已经进展到最后定稿阶段,等待审阅、评阅。

指导教师们认为,大部分学生撰写论文的态度认真、工作积极,基本上能够按时完成论文的阶段性工作。为了保证学生论文的质量,各位指导教师通过面授和网络指导等方式不辞辛苦地指导学生查阅文献资料、撰写和修改论文提纲、一遍遍阅读和修改论文。虽然工作进展顺利,但是其中也存在着诸多的问题和不足,例如有的学生知识储备不够、有些学生因为考研和找工作耽误论文的撰写、个别学生积极性和主动性不高拖拉延宕等等。对于这些问题和不足,学院和老师们密切配合,有针对性的采取措施,使得这些学生基本能够顺利完成任务。

按照《通知》要求,抽查学生不少于全体学生的1/4,我院决定每班随机抽取1名学生的论文资料进行检查,共抽查了6名毕业生的前期文献,包括:选题审批表、任务书、开题报告、文献综述、外文翻译、中期报告(学生)。检索文献和参考资料比较充分,文献综述撰写符合要求,开题报告基本规范。从指导教师的《中期检查表》反映的内容来看,绝大部分学生态度认真,积极性较高,学生的论文撰写工作进度正常,基本已完成全部任务的8%以上,还没有发现抄袭现象。这反映了本届毕业论文工作总体情况良好,绝大多数指导教师及毕业生的态度都是认真负责的,保障了本届毕业工作进展比较顺利,而且质量基本符合要求。

但检查中也有个别毕业生材料不完整,需要进一步补充和完善。

专家组分别召集了八位毕业论文指导教师和十五位学生代表进行座谈,听取了教师和学

生对本届毕业论文工作的意见和建议。

教师们对今年毕业论文的组织领导工作基本满意,认为与前两届毕业论文工作相比,在组织管理上更加有序。学生对本届毕业论文的工作流程安排及组织工作基本满意,认为指导教师总体上是负责的,有些教师的指导非常认真。

座谈会上师生对学校和学院毕业论文工作的意见和建议主要有以下几个方面:

1.学校的论文假期与论文进程不符,建议学校要作调整。

2.学生反映学校图书馆专业外文资料太少,学生查找资料难度太大。建议学校加大这方面的投入,为学生提供方便。

3.学校下拨的论文指导经费太少,有些工作的开展有难度,希望学校适当增加。

通过这次自查,我院在一下方面取得了一些成绩:

- 结了婚是married, 未婚就是unmarried? 偶尔看到有人写上single会倍感安慰

- 个性有闯劲,最好还是不要用aggressive,中文感觉还可以但其实英文里这个词是非常负面的,有暴躁的意思,不是优点。用energetic或者spirited比较好

- 英文和中文一样,标点符号后要空一格,不要所有句子挤在一起

- 很多人喜欢在写职责范围的时候写上be responsible for , 文法上来说是不需要的。这些事情是你已经做过的,直接说 responsible for all outgoing couriers 就可以了

- 英文有很多缩写,但是在像简历这种正式场合还是少用为妙,比如dont可以换成do not,千万不要用那些wanna, gonna来代替want to, going to

用招聘网站的模板可以比较轻松,不过切忌检查错别字,因为模板上的是没有拼写检查的

英文简历格式和页面

- 写完后一定要去页面设置去除多余的空白页面,或者是orphan和widow现象,也就是单句的句子在页面的最上面,最好是合并到前一页

- 记得调整字体和大小,有些人的简历除了不同颜色以外还用不同字体,就像是在不同网站上粘贴过来的,非常不专业。

- 简历最好不要超过3页,言语要精简,最忌讳像论文一样,但是没有重点

- word本身带有拼写检查,你这里满页都是红线,我这里看到的也都是红线
