在听课后，我对这次活动写下了一点点的个人反思，希望能够给自己带来更大的帮助与进步，同时也更希望与所有的小学英语老师进行探讨与交流，从而共同进步。

在26堂课当中，第一堂课是来自水南小学的胡琦老师。这堂课当中给我留下最深印象的莫过于她的presentation的设计。这是一堂三年级unit5的课，她在教学french fries, hamburger, chicken, bread, 及hot dog 时，通过自制了一个冰箱，让学生自己从中取出食物来进入新课，该呈现方法既自然直观，同时又创造了一个非常好的生活情景，并且在整堂课当中都一直利用奖励物品french fries 来进行课堂评价，实现了评价的有效性及教学新知的滚动性，非常值得大家学习。

另一堂精彩的课是来自长坑小学的杨静老师，该堂课是四年级的unit3 my friends ，这堂课最精彩之处，在我看来应该是practice 部分。她利用“兴趣班开始报名啦！”来让学生自己报名喜欢的科目，然后进行对话。

e.g: s1: my friend x x x likes music.

t : who likes music?

ss: xxx likes music.

这样的设计让上去报名的同学训练了“my friend,xxx,likes music.”的同时也让剩下的全体同学与教师进行回答问题，让全班同学都参与了进来，这一点做的相当好。

还有精彩的课是来自两名男士，虽然这次活动中只有两名男士，但他们都上出了他们的风采，很值得好好培养及发扬光大。

当然，26堂课当中，精彩的片段太多了，每一个人的精彩都是独一无二的。

与此同时，在听了26堂课后，也产生了不少的疑惑，把它们总结了一下写下来，希望能够得到沈老师和大家的帮助与更好的解决。

我们很多的课堂设计都会包括很多的游戏，但往往会一不小心就成了“为游戏而游戏”。整堂课看起来似乎很热闹，但一节课下来，问学生学到了什么，或是掌握了几个句子，大多都是不知道。众所周知，趣味性固然重要，但是课堂的有效性更是重中之重。任何活动的设计都应为学生获得语言知识和语言技能服务。如果活动偏离教学目标，即使形式再活泼也不能收到理想的教学效果。因此我认为我们课堂教学活动千万不能错位了。

很多老师在上课时，只强调单词的教学，进行枯燥乏味的机械操练，往往忽略了把新授单词与已学的句子有机结合。其实单词只是语言教学中的一个个体，我们应该将个体容于整体当中，单词很重要，但更不能忘了与句型的操练结合。只有运用将抽象内容具体化的直观教学方式，创设活泼有效的认读活动，自然真实的语言情景，让学生在活动中认读，能让学生学以致用，既有趣、又学到了知识，提高了单词的记忆率，让学生在潜移默化中习得语言就会取得较好的教学效果。

对话应该是最难上、最难处理的一个大难题了，但是，要知道，再长的对话，再难的对话它也是由一个个句子组成的，既然这样，我们为什么不把它分解开来上呢？一个长的对话，我们可以把它分解成3个、4个，或是更多的小对话来进行教学，等小对话熟悉了，再把他们连回去，不就完成了整篇对话吗？此种方法可归纳为总---分---总。

这次新秀评比中，大多老师在课堂上纯粹地让学生听一遍录音，听前预先没有向学生作任何的要求，给人的感觉只能是为了使用录音机而使用录音机。其实，这一环节很重要。因为录音机的示范作用、感染作用极强，尤其对农村小学生来说可以在潜移默化中培养规范朗读的习惯，打下良好的语音语调基础。所以我认为一定要有时间留给学生听及跟读，但是跟录音读应该放在哪个环节更好呢？

我认为放在presentation 后practice 前进行更好。在呈现后，学生基本能认读教学内容，趁机顺势让学生跟读、仿读进行有效操练。教师让学生跟录音读不要只留于形式。目前录音机在我县大部分学校十分普及，录音带的成本也不高。推广使用录音机和录音带是既经济又有效的做法。在小学英语教学中，要特别注意利用录音机，让学生模仿真实、地道、自然的英语，从而在英语初学阶段在语音语调方面打下良好的基础，为日后的英语学习铺平道路。

兴趣是最好的老师，学生只有对英语有浓厚的兴趣才会愿意学，要让学生有兴趣，我们首先得让学生感到英语易学，其次让学生乐学，最后培养学生的自学能力，培养他们对英语学习的积极态度。使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心。

二、教学方式

依据新课标的要求，新教材的教学必须根据小学生的学习特点，创建以活动课为主的教学模式。重点培养学生用语言进行交流的能力。采用听、说、唱、玩、演的方式。鼓励学生积极参与，大胆表达使学生从动脑、动口、积极思维参与教学活动。如低年级学生可灵活处理教材内容，将其编成儿歌、童谣。课堂中多采用游戏教学法，加上教师灵活亲切的身体语言，使得课堂丰富多彩、轻松活跃。培养学生能在图片、手势的帮助下，听懂语速较慢的话语或录音材料。

三、创设情景

用自己充满激情的表情和动作去感染学生，让学生积极的参与到学习中来。变被动学习为主动学习，创设情景，相互交流，启发学习动机，树立学习信心。直观情景教学是小学英语教学之中一种很重要的教学技巧。教师要充分利用教科书中的课文来创设情景，如打电话、购物、生日聚会、旅游、问路等。为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。

通过新教材的学习，我们迎接了新理念新考验新挑战。我们只要大胆运用新理念、新方法到课堂实践中。努力落实新课标。就回探出一条用好新教材的新路子
