自二o____年任职____中学教师以来，回顾过去的工作，在我校校长的正确领导下，在全校教职工的关心和支持下，我能高举中国特色社会主义的伟大旗帜，积极投身新课程改革，深入实施素质教育，圆满完成了学年工作目标和任务。政治水平上高度。学习相关的法律法规，使自己的法制意识法制水平得到进一步的增强。道德修养得到很大的提升。平时能依章办事。不迟到，不早退，不赌博，不参加非法组织。严以律己，克己奉公，在教师中能够率先垂范，在学生中能够为人师表。业务水平上台阶。随着课程改革的不断深入，对教师业务能力的要求也提出了新的内容。

为了适应新形势，我努力学习新课标，学习新教材，工作中勤勤恳恳，一丝不苟。能根据不同的学生及不同的教学内容采用灵活的教学方法。结合自己的教学实践，我充分发挥老师在课堂上导的作用，学生主体作用，学生能力迁移的课堂结构模式，课堂上，能注意激发学生的积极性，充分发挥学生的主体作用，培养学生的创新意识及能力。发扬个人的特色教学，使学生在英语课堂的气氛更活跃，兴趣更浓。平时，能不断向他人学习，不断修正自己的教学方法，取得较为满意的效果。我所任教班级的英语成绩效果显著。九年级中考成绩列全校同年级第一!班主任管理出质量。在教学工作中依纲开足开全教程，合理安排时间，科学执教。一是提升教师个人的教学理念，努力学习新课标，树立新的教育理念。安排好自己的业余学习，请教一些年长老师的教学方法。

二是，狠抓课堂，努力提高四十分钟的效率，要求从课堂上出效益，从课堂的科学安排出效益，从课堂的科学教学的方法出效益。自己坚持到课堂上学习，在课堂上调研，从课堂上吸取，在课堂上提高。全学期听课30多节。坚持理论联系实际，站好教学工作第一线的岗，大大提高了认识课堂的能力，增强了课堂教学改革的意识，提升了自己素质教育的业务水平。自己以身作则，积极参与教学思考，有论文《英语学习的三忌三必》，在我的努力下，本人的课堂教学水平有的大幅度的提高，多次获得镇级优秀教师。从而学校实施素质教育中起到模范带头作用，今年中考再创佳绩。人际关系和谐发展。良好的人际关系是工作必不可少的条件。

五年来，我主要搞好了如下个方面关系：(1)与领导之间的关系。坚持尊重领导意见，采纳领导建议，掌握领导意图。坚持矛盾自己化解，困难自己解决。(2)处理好教师之间的关系。本人又注意从生活上改变自己，从工作上提醒自己，感化其它教师，做教师的知心人。(3)与学生家长之间的关系。我主动关心学生，做学生的朋友，真心为学生解决实际困难。平时注意与家长联系，共同协商帮助孩子解决实际问题，家长现在普遍感到“孩子在我的教育管理下放心;自己到学校，愿心。”回顾几年来的工作，虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也还存在一些问题，一是在新课标的实施上，由于还处于摸索阶段，自己缺少个性的课堂思路!二是我觉得向有经验的教师学习力度还不够，还有点安于现状不思进取的懒惰心理;三是自己学习还不够，创新能力比较弱，还不能站在很高的角度指导自己的教育教学工作。在新的学年里，我将不断学习，不断接受新的信息，学习教改动态，提高理论水平，以适应新形势，再创造新的教学业绩。
