九、乙方的责任：

9.2 乙方应爱护使用出租房屋，如因乙方的过失或过错致使房屋设施及屋内用具和饰品受到损坏(正常损耗除外)，乙方应负赔偿责任。

十、违约处理：

c.无故拖欠租金超过三天(除双方就本合同存在争议除外)。

十一、适用法律：

写信动机：
