秉禄是个虎头虎脑、白白胖胖的小男孩，今年九月刚转入我班的，教师、小朋友都很喜欢他。

早上入园时，他会牵着妈妈的手，主动跟教师打招呼:“教师你好”，当然他也会得到教师的赞赏:“秉禄真棒”。

上课了，秉禄会端端正正的坐在小椅子上，然后问教师:“教师，你看我棒不棒”，同样他会得到教师的夸奖“秉禄真棒”。

可是这天这个棒小孩却遇到了难题，因为他感冒了，妈妈把他中午吃的药带到了幼儿园。

午饭后，我喂他吃药，可是好话说了一大筐，他却总是闭着嘴巴一个劲的摇头，这时，不知哪个孩子喊了一句“秉禄加油”，于是大家一齐喊着“秉禄加油!秉禄加油!”，小伙伴们的加油声让秉禄的抵触情绪产生了动摇，我趁机说“秉禄是个棒小孩，不怕苦、很勇敢对吗”，“对”说完秉禄张大嘴巴一口将药水喝光了，还不忘问我“教师我棒不棒”，同样我用鼓励的的语气对她说“秉禄真棒”。

一句“秉禄真棒”，让我想了很多，孩子是需要鼓励的，作为教师千万不要吝啬自我对孩子的夸奖，多夸夸我们的孩子吧!因为他们要健康欢乐的成长。

区域活动时，孩子们都全身心的投入了游戏中，突然自然角传来一阵吵闹声，。我赶紧过去弄清楚吵闹的原因，原先岩岩小朋友把小鸡放在盛水的盆子里，刘伟、鑫鑫在阻止他。盆子里的小鸡冻得浑身发抖，鸡毛一缕一缕的贴在身上。我奇怪的问岩岩在干什么？他理直气壮地对我说：“妈妈经常给我洗澡，洗完澡后很干净、很舒服，小鸡从来不洗澡，肯定不舒服，我想帮小鸡洗洗澡。”再看看小鸡，已经奄奄一息了。尽管我和孩子们极力抢救，小鸡最终还是死了。孩子们都埋怨岩岩，岩岩也难过地留下了泪。

我和孩子们把小鸡埋在了幼儿园后边的树林里，我在表扬岩岩是一个讲卫生的好孩子的同时，组织孩子们讨论：小鸡为什么会死？给小鸡洗澡应注意什么？孩子们兴致勃勃地讨论着自我洗澡的过程，岩岩来到我的身边对我说：“教师，下次给小鸡洗澡时，我要用温水，洗完后用毛巾把它包起来，再放到太阳底下晒一晒。”我满意地点了点头。

孩子们对任何东西都充满好奇，对小动物有着特殊的感情，可是由于孩子们的生活经验不足，常常好心办坏事，教师应对他们学会理解宽容，并进行引导。

一只小鸟

─—偶记前天在庭树下看见的一件事有一只小鸟，它的巢搭在最高的枝子上，它的毛羽还未曾丰满，不能远飞;每日只在巢里啁啾着，和两只老鸟说着话儿，

它们都觉得非常的快乐。

这一天早晨，它醒了。那两只老鸟都觅食去了。它探出头来一望，看见那灿烂的阳光，葱绿的树木，大地上一片的好景致;它的小脑子里忽然充满了新意，抖刷抖刷翎毛，飞到枝子上，放出那赞美“自然”的歌声来。它的声音里满含着清—轻—和—美，唱的时候，好像“自然”也含笑着倾听一般。树下有许多的小孩子，听见了那歌声，都抬起头来望着─—这小鸟天天出来歌唱，小孩子们也天天来听它，最后他们便想捉住它。

它又出来了!它正要发声，忽然嗤的一声，一个弹子从下面射来，它一翻身从树上跌下去。斜刺里两只老鸟箭也似的飞来，接住了它，衔上巢去。它的血从树隙里一滴一滴的落到地上来。

从此那歌声便消歇了。那些孩子想要仰望着它，听它的歌声，却不能了。
